Whether you’re looking at homes in the heart of **Chandler** or exploring the beautiful neighborhoods of **Ahwatukee**, I’ve noticed a common trend lately. Many potential buyers are staying on the sidelines—not because they don’t want to move, but because they believe they *can’t*.

One of the biggest hurdles? The **Credit Score Myth**.

According to recent data, 42% of Americans believe you need "excellent" credit to qualify for a mortgage. If you’ve been looking at your score and thinking homeownership is a distant dream, it’s time to look at the facts for 2026.
